These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other persons who access or use our website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

I Sketch Interiors provides luxury interior design services, including but not limited to residential design, commercial design, design consultations, concept development, space planning, furniture selection, project management, and styling services.

All services are subject to availability and are provided based on the specific terms agreed upon in individual project proposals and contracts. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a detailed project agreement prior to commencement of work.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, and any estimates or timelines provided are approximate and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client requirements, and external factors.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements, property details, and any relevant constraints or preferences. Timely communication and feedback are essential to the successful delivery of our design services.

Clients must ensure that we have appropriate access to the project site as required, and that all necessary permissions, consents, and approvals from relevant authorities or property owners are obtained prior to the commencement of any work.

Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide information, access, or approvals in a timely manner may result in adjustments to the project timeline and additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

Our fees are outlined in the project proposal provided to each client and may include design fees, consultation fees, procurement charges, and project management fees. All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required upon acceptance of the proposal, with subsequent payments due at agreed milestones throughout the project. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.

Should additional work be requested beyond the original scope, a supplementary fee will be agreed upon before the additional work commences. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services if payments are not received in accordance with the agreed schedule.

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, mood boards, 3D renderings, and other creative materials produced by I Sketch Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received for the relevant project phase.

Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the design materials for the specific project for which they were created. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, or use of the materials for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to photograph and document completed projects for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Clients may request anonymity in such publications, and we will accommodate such requests where possible.

We understand that project requirements may evolve. Changes to the agreed scope of work must be communicated in writing and will be assessed for their impact on the project timeline and budget. A revised proposal will be provided for approval before any changes are implemented.

In the event of project cancellation by the client, fees for work already completed and any non-refundable commitments made on the client's behalf (such as orders placed with suppliers) will remain payable. The deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced.

I Sketch Interiors reserves the right to terminate a project agreement if the client materially breaches the terms of the agreement, subject to providing reasonable written notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

While we strive for excellence in every project, I Sketch Interiors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays, defects, or issues arising from the work of third-party contractors, suppliers, or manufacturers engaged during the project, although we will endeavour to resolve any such issues on the client's behalf.

Variations in colour, texture, and finish of materials and furnishings may occur between samples, digital representations, and the final installed products. Such variations are inherent to natural materials and manufacturing processes and do not constitute a defect in our services.

The content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information and accept no liability for any errors or omissions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites and do not endorse or make any representations about them.
